Patient Medical Alerts

Patient medical alerts identify any potential medical problems a patient may have, and list them for providers and faculty. If the selected patient has one or more medical alerts, problems, or allergies, the alert can be viewed in several places: 

• A red Alert indicator on the status bar.



• The EHR module > odontogram > Alerts tab.



• The Perio Chart module > Perio EHR Forms window.
